At the coffee shop, we have a 3 ring binder filled with paper upon which employees may detail reminders, notes, and smarmy comments to one another. My boss, in response to a suggestion to get more of a certain kind of kids' smoothie mix, wrote down instructions for a copycat drink. Near the end she wrote "Wa-La!!
